 I drove with my son-in-law and son to the coastal city of Aqaba on the Red Sea to watch a car speed test; and I thought, to myself, it would be a good chance to try out my Canon 100-400 brand new lens while I was at it. Boredom was growing on me, slowly but surly, as I watched one car after another passing by, doing the same thing over and over again, when all of a sudden the roaring sound of the Jordan Red Falcons aircrafts’ engines thundered overhead and out over to the open sea for a brief air show.
I slightly repositioned myself and took few shots for the air show and chose this one for the free study. I have a hope that it will break the 6.5 marker. But this is DPC who knows!!

Can you see the pilot in the third plane to the right!? Great lens I say!

Is that the Blades by any chance ?

Love the smoke and the colouring of it, wouldve been nice to see some more movement on the propellors . . Still, very good shot.

Good diagonal. I don't like the square crop though - it looks like you have just tried to maximised the number of pixels.
