Initial=funny!
Composition=fair
Clarity (focus, details)=a bit soft
Exposure=a bit dark, but don't think it takes away from it too much.. Wonder if the whites could be brought out a bit....
Interesting or Emotive=fair.
I am using a this new detailed commenting method inspired by autool. (Thanks
autool!). I hope you find it more helpful than my former comments.

| It's not an artistically great photo but a very funny one :-) I think it was a good decision to use B&W. The colours of the flag and the background would have distracted from the skeleton. Now in B&W the white skeleton sticks out from the darker sourroundings. -stephan |

| Was that the last applicant? No thank you! Seriously, nice shot. Not really thrilled with the background, but you'd have been shot for moving the skeleton, so good job considering. I think it would have been a funny title to connect the bones with the Help Wanted sign. 7 Swash |
