this is pretty...a little blurry and bright.

it seems the blurry shot is intentional, but I personally think it detracts from the shot, at least for the foreground flowers. 4

lovely colors good composition..if the flowers and rail in the foreground were sharper it would make for a really great photo.

Pretty picture. The only problem is that it's a bit out of focus.
09/26/2002 08:12:00 PM
Initial=hazy, but I would still expect the foreground to be in focus
Composition=placement of the purple flowers almost dead center is unappealing
Clarity (focus, details)=needs improvement
Exposure=this subject matter may be better photographed in different lighting conditions
Interesting or Emotive=mild.

I am using a this new detailed commenting method inspired by autool. (Thanks

The whole picture looks kind of blurry. Very pretty otherwise.

Nice.

I know you're probably hearing this a million times, but it seems blurry to me. That may very well have been intentional for the effect, but personally I would have loved this one had it been more crisp. Very nice composition!

sorry

Not very sharp. Nice subject though

I like the haze, but the I think the flowers in front need to be a bit sharper. The barn and white fence are a nice touch.

I don't see one point of clear focus in this picture. It would be a lovely wildflower field if only I could see something in it.

Somewhat OOF here, but the color and composition is very nice. Good luck. Justine

unfortunately the angle from which you shot doesn't show the soild purple haze over the grassy plain that I think you wanted me to see. what's more, it's showing up a bit out of focus on my monitor. I've never been successful capturing scenes like this either. keep trying and good luck. crisa58

Blurry, washed out... Needs more focus, brighter colors, and more contrasts.
09/23/2002 12:49:00 PM
Blurry
09/23/2002 08:57:00 AM
There is nothing focused in this photo.

Was capturing haze your intent? I believe that the horizon in this photo is a bit too high in the frame for my taste... I also believe that the focus is too soft overall... - jmsetzler
