| Also, it seems that your metering let you down. The sky is blown out. In a case like this, I usually let the camera pick its' exposure from the sky, and then hope to rescue the foreground in post-processing. |

| Run a Shadow/Highlight to help boost detail in the uniforms. |

| I think that you need to crop a little tighter in this one as well. Get rid of the path on the bottom and concentrate of the top right hand corner of the picture. |
