 This photo was taken yesterday while I'm in the plane...watching the clouds outside.
I am not sure why I submitted this photo, but there is something in the photo that I want to share...a city within the clouds.
Hopefully, it worths a try.

Sometimes even the clouds above have clouds above them. I like the contrast of dark and light, but I would expect many DPC voters to award low scores for depending on the title to connect with the challenge topic.
