Love the idea but it was difficult at first to know what this was. A little less contrast, a little less grain and having the full plane in view would improve it. Nice shot that was probably very tough to get.

If this one wouldnt have been so grainy it could have been a good image.

Nice idea. I like the concept, but would like to see a cleaner image.

great idea but far to grainy for my liking and it's a shame all of the plane is not in view

A bit too grainy.

The photo quality is really grainy.. I think it would of been better with a darker background.

Nice idea. I wish the paper airplane was a bit crisper. Maybe the background could have been more interesting.

a lot of grain/noise that is a real distraction

Having some association with the aviation industry, I thought this was a great photo. Wish it wasn't too grainy/noisy. I think perhaps NeatImaging or softening the picture might help improve it a bit. Also, won't hurt to have the background be more streaky in order to show more movement, in my opinion. Great choice on making it in grayscale, it's very fitting. Good job!

i like the idea but it is hard to catch a fast moving object w/o a lot of blur

It does fit the challenge, but not strongly I think. I wouldn't look at this photo and think "silence". I like the shot itself, although grainy (maybe intended that way?) The composition and the motion blur are very nice.

Nice catch. I like the graininess of this shot as well.

like the idea of silent flight, creative, but I don't get any real feeling of movement, even with the blur..I think it's the grain effect, makes the plane blend too much and makes it hard to separate it clearly from the background. 4.
