 My cat sitting in the bathroom near my vanity! I have some birds there that I collect! Got this view and thought well this looks like one or the other is being quiet! And this is also my first cat entry!

The composition is a little complicated here, it is a little grainy, and cats make me sneeze. But, I am trying to get over all that, so.......I'll score this a little higher than I normally would.

This is a truely great photograph.. I dont think its fair they let professional photographers, such as yourself, enter amateur competitions such as this. The silence in this photo SCREAMS at me. The inquisitive look of the faux bird, cast in lifelike plastic is not only joyous to behold, but touches me in a deep spiritual way. The stony stare of the feline tells of pent up agressive, waiting to unleash his fury upon an unsuspecting world. To mark this picture as a ten would be an injustice to its raw beauty, so to make a statement, I will give it a 2, but rest assured that in my heart, it will always be a winner..

Nice idea. although with the cat out of focus it almost looks like he was pasted on. I think the main focus should have been the cat, this would have helped the overall feel.

The cat is too out of focus, but the bird's eye and the yellow on the flower in the pitcher draw my attention more. Too many things to distract me here.
