| Nice Eagle shot. Isn't that how life works...you haul around the long lens all week and the first outing without it and you need it of course! |

| Beautiful capture of the eagle on the icy river. It pays to plan ahead and bring other lenses but I can understand the lack of interest in staying out for a long time. |

| I love eagles! Caught a few pictures of a Golden Eagle a few weeks ago in a park near here. I did have the long lens, but the bird was still too far up in the sky to get a really good shot. Your shot has nice context to it with all that snow! |

| so cool!!! i love birds of prey. i dont see too many eagles around where i live but tons of hawks |
