GeneralE: ah, this is beautiful. all hints of volition and intelligence are outside of frame. this is pure motion.

scalvert: pure Newtonian physics.

ursula: what with the metal basket?

GeneralE: it's a tough world, ursula.

Really love the editing, and the action shot of the basketball net being hit as the basket ball goes through. There is a slight 'halo' of light around the basket balls though which are a bit distrating. effective border. :)

Perhaps a bit over-sharpened as I can see halos around the balls. I do like the concept. Reminds me a bit of

I like the capture, but the post processing takes away from the image IMO. I dont like the halos around the elements in the photo.

There is a bit of a halo around the balls in front of the blue portions of sky. Just a bit distracting.

not crazy about the exposure and processing.
love the capture of the swish instant though

Sweet shot. I like this one. The movement of the chain hoop adds a lot. Brilliant image. A rare 10

nice shot! the background looks a little unnatural, but good demonstration of time lapse photography.

Good but would have liked the hands throwing the ball in the shot 9

Didn't need the ball bottom left IMNSHO - maybe not the haloes either, but hey... Good moving sequence.

Beautiful shot, though the highlights around the ball, backboard and rim are slightly distracting, it still gets me pumped.

Very nice use of editing to really enhance the ball and hoop. Great composition.

Since this is entered into a "Time Lapse" challenge I see what you were going for. However, outside of the challenge I don't think the average viewer would know it was meant to be "Time Lapse".

I love the title but not the rustic look of the backboard.

However, the way that ball gives the basket movement...makes me forget all about the backboard.

Dislike the big gap between the lower left ball and the rest, it makes the image look disjointed and ruins the sense of movement. Halos around the balls aren't so hot either. Setting that aside (and putting my hand over the lower left ball), I like this shot a lot.

Great shot except that there are halos around a few of the balls. Neat idea though.

The basketballs are pretty haloed on my screen. Good idea and great colours though.

Very nicely done. A little bit of halo around some of the balls though. Still a great shot and I really like the lighting. 7.

Almost snap-shotty, but something makes it feel unique (I just can't put put my finger on it).

Good sequence, some halo-ing around the balls shows you need to work on your photoshop selection techniques a little more.

I think this is the sort of shot which would be a good illustration of the technique, but as a stand alone image for a competition doesn't really have much else to offer.
