Great portrait!
I have many people object when I crop off the top of the head, but this is a perfect example of why in can be so affective. By taking the entire head of the subject out of the composition, the focus goes right to the eyes.
I really like the overall pose, including the tilt of the head.
One opinion... a little more contrast may help for a portrait of a male, but that more of a topic for discussion rather than problem.

| Handsome man with great eyes. Careful with skin softening on males, it can look too "sweet". Still very nice portrait. |
