For me, the colors on the face looks so... odd - like too fake or post-processed odd. I like the in your face close up. Gives a spooky feel to your image.

Maybe you could've used some red face paint...?

This image just seems a little off, it might be the lighting, heck it might be what you were shooting for.

Not quite sure what story you're telling here. Image is almost but not quite high key, and makeup is distractingly blotchy. If you were going for "seeing the person in the clown face" I think the makeup should have been done well, so my eye was immediately drawn to the model's eye instead of the makeup.
