5 image HDR from +2 to -2 exposure. I will hopefully be moved and living up near the foothills of the Sierra Nevadas in Auburn, CA. So I am going to have to find new places to shoot!
The water was just that smooth. :)
Lots of color and selective tone adjustments made to get here, mostly correcting what I didn't like about Photomatix software, i just haven't got the knack for controlling color tones. If anyone has any tips please let me know. :)

If you ever have a chance to drive Route 160 from Sacramento to the Bay Area, you should do it. It follows the River for about 60 miles, i have only done 30 miles of it, but its amazing how quiet it can get right outside the city.

That reflection is so perfect it doesn't even look real!!

The grassy bank in the corner is a tad distracting, and the river not showing signs of movement and being lighter in color than the sky is a bit surreal. I love the mill though, the reflections are wonderful.

The main building seems just a touch too centered (left to right) I think. Maybe if there were more "space" at the left, the leading lines you have would be even more effective.

very crisp and clear reflection you got there! For my taste there's just a bit too much of sky in the shot
