Here is another view of the Olympic Mountains. This was taken from East Bremerton at Lions Head Park. On the left side there are some trees, that is actually a piece of land sticking out and behind it is Ostrich Bay. The water you see in this photo is called Dyes Inlet. We live in a little government housing community on the far side of Ostrich Bay.

Wonderful leading lines to the mountains! I see faint shadows on the pier...a little bit of sun is better than no sun! I think the news people call those "sun breaks". :)

I like the highlights on the mountains along with the leading lines. In my neck of the woods if your 100 feet above sea level you need an oxygen mask.

I like the lines of the pier leading in. Those mountains sure are beautiful, covered in snow.

I love the way that the pier leads the eye directly towards the mountains in the background. They stand out nicely.

We don't have mountains like that around here, I find them fascinating.

I thought the dock and the water was great, but you gave us something more with the mountains!

Looks like a beautiful Northwest day to me. I love Chicago, but I do miss the mountains and ocean of home.
