The moderately slow shutter speed you used gave this a neat effect. The rocks appear very sharp, while the water is almost unnatural looking in its smoothness. A little noise showing in the near part of the water. Not sure if you could eliminate that or not, given the apparent lighting conditions this was shot in.

I really like the star effects of the lights (sun & sun spot?), the water looks a little grainy on my monitor, besides that this is a beautiful shot.

few contrast in the sky and the details are probably destroyed by the hdr or by the denoise software.
