Nice image - you can almost feel the cold. I would have perhaps moved the wooden piles more off center - to the right a little. But that's just a nit.

I like the high contrast of this and the smoothness of the water. I think if the structure was just a bit more to the right in the frame, it would outstanding compositionally as well. Very nicely done.

I like the idea of the black and white, probably a coloured photography should be too much confused. 7

A very pleasing study - the stillness is almost palpable. my only very slight criticism is that I might have preferred the posts a little further to the right.
