I found a new favourite "Haunted House" :D

This shot is taken in complete darkness. My model and I ventured out on a very cold nite down a very dark and spooky road to this beautiful old ruin.

The fresh snow provided the light, I set my camera on bulb on a tripod and used my cable release to fire the shutter. I whispered my instructions to my model " Don't move ... Don't move" She moved . I like the fact that the model is out of focus . It draws more attention to the house. I love the grain achieved due to the high iso 1600.

I love shooting at nite ... such a different perspective.

Thanks for looking

This is a fantastic shot. I love these old houses. I've been taking quite a few of them myself lately. The model is perfect for this shot.

Great mood, and this feels as if I'm looking at a spirit although she is shown at full opacity, but the creepyness of the house and model go well together.

Way overexposed night shot.... that ended up with fantastic, eerie results. Perfect for the subject. I do a lot of night work, too and love it as well.

That building has a lot of potential!

I love the contrast here you can almost feel the different textures on the building. I hope they don't knock this one down on you. I look forward to seeing more of this building from you.

First shot I've seen in this challenge with a person in it. It works. I think it would work without her in the shot as well, but it does add another element of interest.

I really like this one, and added it to my faves.

Well composed. Good B&W. The only thing that lets it down for me is that the roof of the house blends into the sky. Good effort

What a great idea to include your model. The out of focus face, though, I find distracting. I like the idea.

Extraordinary feel to this photo with the ghostly woman and perspective. The blown out sky doesn't trouble me a bit here. 10.

The lady looks out of place, like she was cut and pasted into this photo. Not in focus. I think the house by itself would have scored higher.

I like it, but I feel like the person is blocking my view.

Don't know if it was deliberate, but I like the fuzzy look to her face. Makes it seem a little ghosty.

Rally like this...perhaps my fav. I like the way the woman hasn't come out as sharply as everything else...

I love the feel for of this. Would have been neat if she appeard more as a ghost. I would like to see this in the top 3.

I like the grain and the composition. Back to bump you up to 9.

Hmmm - This one is tricky...

The house is awesome. The angle you have shot it at is very appealing, with the three apex's of the roof all visible.

I wished I could use the Skew tool to correct the converging lines on mine, though they seem to work very well here.

I like the model in the foreground - I hate that she is blurred and unclear!

IMO, This image will either do VERY well, or the girl will ruin it for you.
I'll give a 7.

i'd like it better if the girl wasn't standing there

Great photo, I really like the extreme contrast on it. It has a very Bates Motel feel to it, mixed in with a bergman film feel. The person in the photo seems like they might be a ghost of the one time resident of this mannor

Great Photo once again!@

I think it would have been more dramatic w/out the woman.

one of the better ones of a really bad selection...the girl adds interest. Love it as a B and W and the look on her face looks 'urgent'...hope you get the blue 9
