I thought of this place as soon as I saw the challenge. Had some other angles but I think this was the best choice, hope it does well.

Shot in Raw. CS3 convert. Adjustment layers including a B&W adj layer with tint for sepia effect.

Nice building! I like the the perspective to get the overhang in while leaving some room on both sides. I think it is a bit dark all around and may suffer from a mostly centered composition.

By being so tightly cropped, I am not sure if it really gives the feeling of abandonment as much as a more wide spaced image could do for you. The top rated entries in the challenge seemed to create the feeling that the whole area was abandoned, not just the building.
