Interesting composition. The lighting is very weak especially with the shadows. May have tried to bounce the light off the ceiling or use of a diffuser and/or flash bracket. Focus could be a notch better to. Good Luck. 4.

A bit too weird for my tastes. The water and reflections look as though they were added in post-processing, although I am sure they aren't, as that would be against the rules. The sloping dark section in the top right is rather distracting.

Great idea! The shadow from the flash is a bit distracting on the two figures at the back, and the man on the left of the frame is a bit too close compared to the others. Nice band shot though.
