 Week 3:

This was a difficult shoot for me because the model was hard to direct and looked very different than the photos I had seen of her. This shot was one of the very last taken and I decided it was the best of the shoot.

I was trying for a very soft pastel muted color tone but a couple of my friends said it reminded them of death... I wasn't too pleased with that.

Terrific composition and as others have said your colors are amazing. So nice to see effective color that is not over-saturated. No, I don't see "death" at all.

Interesting, I think this is the first time I've ever read a comment from a photographer on DPC complaining about a model -- unless it was their own uncooperative child. It makes sense that some models *are* difficult and/or look different from their portfolio.
