 I ran out and took this picture after our best snowfall to date this winter....kind of weak, but it still cancelled school. Anyway, I adjusted the color curve, played with saturation and sharpness...just made some minor tweaks. I'm not sure about that left tree, it sort of takes away from the building, but it also adds to the "effect". This should do better than my first challenge.

While I'm not too fond of the color cast, I love the emotion this brings. Points given for a decent photo and fully meeting the challenge.

Oh, I can still relate to this wish. Good idea. If you look at your picture objectively, I;m sure you;'ll see that there is nothing exciting about it, right? Tough to make an object from an angle as you choose to take it, look good. May be necause there is too much in your picture, no real focus on one subject?

Doesn't quiet translate the message to this viewer because....well, in my state...maybe 6 inches gets you a snow day. Otherwise, nicely done.

The image seems pretty ordinary. The title doesn't quite pull it together for me. I wonder if there's a slightly more dramatic presentation of the school, i.e. a very wide lens with an angle closer to the ground or something.
