| I'm crazy, so I'd probably try to get out there past the gate somehow as the interior probably has some great photos just waiting to be taken. (But I'd probably end up falling through the floor and drowning, so don't listen to me. ;) |

| That water looks rather cold. I particularly like the colour contrast between the pier and the water. |

| Depending on how strong the pier part is that could be re-done as a little coffee shop ... or a bait shop or something. Seems a shame to waste the view you can probably get from the pier. |
