| Another of the good playground shots, nice feeling of being small. DOF missing the extreme foreground is perhaps a little off-putting. |

every time i look at this picture i say this 1 should win nice depth of field shadow is all good and also the point of vieuw... a little childs vieuw the only thing that bothers me is the unsharpness in the front.....

| Very interesting POV. Very good job of conveying a child's perception of climbing the slide for the first time. "Intimidating" comes to mind in your photograph even without a title. Great Job! |

| I'll trust you that this is really from the point of view of a child although it seems a little low to me. I notice that the slide is crocked wheras the horizon is straight - I guess it could not have been helped. The grandiented sky is great as is the choice of tone. |

| I love the black and white and the angle. I didn't read you title before I looked at the image. What went through my head is, "I can remember being small and looking up some daunting climb or challenge to get to some new phsyical accomplishment... climbing the slide, crossing the monkey bars, crossing the creek, etc." I love the graduated background going from light at the bottom to a black sky... emphasizing the scary top. Very clean, very sharp, great tones... well done! |
