Thanks for helpful comments.. no polarising filter was used (unfortunately I dont have one)
It was not a reflection, but two different cloud fronts.

Not sure what the 'off' screen expectation is since the storm is visible directly in the photo. |

this is an interesting approach to the challenge - for me the muddiness of the reflections at the top is a detraction |
