I like the aged look of the picture.

Another subject I considered but never got around to shooting for this challenge :-)

Post-processing suits the subject and mood well.

I love this - very ethereal, and the six element is very subtle.

I like the tonal values and i think this would be a good cd cover art shot. Not quite sure how it fits into this particular challenge though. My eyes are missing the "six"

Very nice image. I like the color combination. It gives the picture a rugged look. Also it gives you a peaceful kind of feeling, whenever your on a beach its peaceful and relaxing and this really represents that. I love the angle which this is shot. I love how its captured with him walking and holding the gatar. Great work

How is this six?
01/24/2008 07:02:58 AM
I got my first real string, working at the 5 and dine, played it will my fingers bled, was the summer of 69...

like that, but more 'country'. Cowboy boots would complete this. and wranglers, gotta have wranglers. And assless chaps... just kidding.

Wow...took me a few minutes, but I finally got the connection to 6. Great job interpreting the challenge, and a great evocative image to boot. I like the toning, and the vignette works well, not too heavy-handed.

I'm guessing the "six" string is the connection to the challenge... it's a bit tenuous in my eyes, but otherwise a nice image.

I like the mood of this shot. Back to bump you up to 8.

Good image. The vignette is a bit too obvious, and I would crop the bottom a little to get rid of the nail, which I find distracting.

I think that unfortunately this image is dnmc. 5 but the real value of this photo is higher than 5 .
