 The peloton rides up Irish Hill on Coleman Valley Road during day 2 of the 2007 AmGen Tour of California. It's exciting to be a fan when the tour comes through your immediate area.

My best photography has been motorsports in 2007, but there's not much to creative processing most of those images. This one felt more like a candidate for PP, especially to enhance the color of the participants.

Well, there doesn't appear to be any 'drafting' taking place in the picture although the whitecaps give promise to some sort of tailwind. One of the photogenic features I like are the colorful jerseys they wear. Are those actually 'sponsors' advertisements? How much money would riders such as these crazy's get from a sponsor to subject them selves to this exercise?

The levels are way off creating a lot of bleaching in the image which is a shame since there is a vast array of colours on the riders. The focus is off as well. The image itself is nicely captured, but my comments above will result in a low score. Sorry. Good Luck. 4.

I think this is a beautiful shot. For my taste maybe a little overexposed, but still great. You captured an emotion here.
