 Post challenge: Thanks for the comments, I really did not expect this one to do this well. 15 minutes before the challenge started I almost pulled it out. My expectation was 5.2 so I am pleased and appreciate the kind commnets.

Really thought this one should have been rated much higher. I thought it was the best of the challenge. Great use of light and spot on exposure.

Found or created, doesn't matter. I like it. The contrast is pleasing and I like the way the grass is coming thru on a diagonal. You've handled the exposure on this quite well with the snow being white (not grey) and didn't let the highlights on the grass blow out. Well done! One of my top 3 picks for this challenge. Hope you get there! :-)

Nice, but would rather have more of the dark background than snow as the light coloured grass seems to 'melt' into the whites.

Very subtle picture, I like the picture, but I like even more that you noticed it (the grass being framed by the fencing)! (if that makes sense ;) LOL)
