I thing a tighter crop using the rule of thirds would benefit this shot. Otherwise a nice shot. I like the blue tones to the shot.

Neat shot, One thing that would add a lot here would be placing the wheel on one of the thirds intersections. this is a rule that works well with almost all photos, and contributes to the general organized feel of the photo. Also adding a bit of contrast it post processing would add a bit of texture to the shot. Very neat reflections in the water as well.
