 A (sadly) very dead baby brown snake Spawn found. Taken at night with tungsten lamps as this gave the best shadows. Would have liked better DOF on the snake but didn't get time to retake the shot after I realised.

This was actually the test shot, ok, this'll work ... and then all the other shots didn't work as well.

I don't like a couple of the over exposed areas, and that hair at the bottom lace annoys the hell out of me! Also the small wound wher the ants had got at it annoys me as it gives away it's a dead'un. Will spot edit if I bother with DPC Prints for that for sure!

I'm not sure why someone would have thought this was PS'd (I see it's been validated). This is a cool shot even though it gives me goosebumps! Nice work, and good DOF.
