Like the time of day here - is it just about dusk? The artificial lights and natural light mingle nicely.

the motion blur from a car is one of the first things I noticed. Its still a very nice shot, your lighting is great. Definately should have held out for the car to pass though. You definately took this at the right time of day, as the sky, and reflections are great for this photograph. Good shot

A little too much unappealing foreground. Lighting is good. Nice sky tone.

Nice shot but the red blur in the bottom right is distracting

That's a nice looking building, I'd love to see it closer without all the distracting elements in front. It's a good clear photo.

Here is my first impression, so pleas take it as just that. For me it looks like a handheld picture taken out of a sense of "I have to take this picture". You probably took it handheld without stabilizing support. Now I'm guesiing: you did not explore whether there might be some interesting angles to see? Did you get really close and looked up? Did you walk around and checked the different oppoertunities for reflections, angles, lines, ineractions between relactions from outside with a view into the inside?

light blur looks like a mistake rather than a point of interest - lighting looks good (good time of day to shoot) but foreground is messy and not interesting enough in the right way for me
