strong technical work and colors. The random lights on in the building is a nice addition. Coll lighting on the left building. Good shot

Nice angle. Are those spots sensor dust, or lens flares? Or something else?
The curved building looks overexposed in the center of the shot, and a little blurry.

I love the point of view and the overall feel, but it's lacking in a few key areas for me. First, I would crank the contrast way up. Second, add some black to the blacks in selective color to make the sky an almost pure black. This would also fix what appear to be spots of goo on your sensor (or you could close those out). As is, I'll give it a 7. With those processing changes, I would probably give it a 9.
