Almost on the verge of aliasing. One more notch of USM and it would have been recked. Nice abstract and simple enough to score highly I would imagine

It took me a while to work out what this was. Scary to think the younger voters might never have seen one! Nice abstract, but perhaps a little too abstract to score well.

Very nice idea. I think I'd prefer just a touch less abstract. If you showed a hint of the label it would tell me what it is without the title. Also I think I'd go for an angle shot so some is out of focus. Without the title it's hard to know what it is. Nice lighting.

great macro shot here, crisp clean lines. The lighting seems a little strong as it has taken away the blackness of the record. nice capture
