I think this shot would be a lot stronger if shot on lower ISO.. it has a lot of noise. Also, the hat appears out of place. Her wearing lingerie suggests that is isnt very cold.

Backing off the red hues in pp would really help here. Also a bit of noise reduction wouldn't go astray.
