My entry is of Portland too! I love the bright colors that you have here. Interesting 'ghost' in the lower left corner. The angles are really strong here too; maybe a little strong but I've seen worse. Nice photo-BB

Beautiful color, cool angle, and smart to use a long exposure to blur people out. Very interesting and colorful. Definately caught my attention. Good shot

The bottom-right corner seems too empty; oddly, my eye is drawn there.
