I don't think that the modern tourists in the background really help the picture much.

I can see how the cart would be an old way, but it looks no more then a year or so and why so ment periods after next stop please

White balance is a little too blue here. You can use Shade or Cloudy WB, even in full sun, to warm up the colours a little.

A little too candid. The subjects are all distracted or facing away from the camera.

Composition could have been improved by getting closer. The tourists make it look like a snapshot

seems a bit flat. maybe a slight boost in saturation or contrast would give it more depth feeling

Lovely snapshot. Maybe if you had just got a shot of the horses lengthways, it would be a little more dramitic, the modern people sort of take away from this shot.
