I thought this would be among leaders...

Anyways, the only thing i am missing here is the light reflection in his left eye instead of which there is a light spot on the glasses frame - makes the sight look displaced a bit.

the border looks odd being thicker at the bottom (and maybe the top, i can't tell). the pic itself is nice - a little flat (which is hard to avoid with stage lights because they're so bright). I might adjust the curves a little to highlight some facial features, and maybe a little dodge/burn around the eyes. Glasses are a pain to shoot. Composition is very nice - great pose and expression.

I don't think I've ever seen this actor? It's a good shot who ever he is. I love the tones and the light. Nice entry.

This one really stands out. You chose an interesting subject who is actually doing something and I really commend you for doing something "outside the box" - I really like the tones, the contrast, the lighting, the expression and overall composition. I have the feeling you'll be in the top three or four with this one. good luck!

It is too bad that microphone is there. I think this is an admirable addition to any actors protfolio. BOL Love the faded action in the background. What is the play?

Very intense study, excellent use of high contrast to emphasis the mood. Great piece a black and white. Maybe the black strip at the bottom detracts a bit

the main subject is well lit and nicely in focus...for a portrait it is very distracting to be seeing the people in the background
