| This looks great in B&W, wonderful contrast! If you moved the subject so that he wasn't so centered, it might make the composition more dynamic. He has a very nice expression on his face, too |

| I like this shot. I think to make it better I would remove what ever is in the bottom right corner. It draws my attention away from the guy. Also, his hair starts to blend in the the tree a little. If his backdrop was the sky with the tree to the left of him, he would stand out that much more. The high contrast is great and the background looks awesome, especially the trees. |
