 Cliche of all cliches, but you can't live in Birmingham without you own version...
Think it was shot with IR filter.

Wow, gorgeous photo (and big). The people are unobtrusive yet provide scale. I assume this is an older shot, otherwise it could have done well in the Architecture IV challenge.
