High contrast - people either love it or hate it. Here, the mostly hate it.
I like this for its boldness and contrast, use of negative space and the composition overall. Well seen and interestingly processed. |

I really liked this one, I gave it a 7 also. If I were to change anything it would be to get rid of the remaining detail in the white opening to take away a bit of distraction and since it is smaller than a parking lot it should be legal....lol |

I'm one of your 15 7's..and I really like this shot. It didn't really connect emotionally with me as far as content goes, but compositionally and lighting it really made an impression on me. The exposure of those bricks and captureing all their contrast next to the blown out sky outside of the tunnel is just wonderful. |

I really love the effect the post-processing had on the tunnel and the sax player, and the moment you captured is lovely! However the empty space on the right doesn't quite work for me... perhaps a closer crop, or not so blown-out on that area. Otherwise, great shot! |

I gave this a 7. I love the high contrast look that you achieved with the processing. I like the subject and the composition. I surely would have expected a higher score. Perhaps it's too "arty" for DPC. |

Hah! Bad taste indeed. You know what - this is one of those that wouldnt score well at DPC, but put this on a canvas print at 20x30 (at least) and I bet you would sell a couple of them - more than I would if I did the same with my recent cardinal shot. Personally I would love to have this image as my own. And if it were mine I would have easily entered it over the image I did. No second thoughts. Forget the score - you have a great image here. |

I don't care for the blown out bright opening. Maybe a closer view of the sax player might have done better with me. I think some others may really like this one, though. |

The brightness on the right distracts & detracts from the left. Nice effort though.7 |

Oh the bright light is way too overpowering. |

I like this photo... could have been much better if it wasn't blown out |

The blown out white is too much for me, I loose the guy and the sax. |

The right side is very bright, which I think works well, but I just wish the few items are still remaining (looks like a column in the centre) where removed. |

Great shot. I think the blown highlights really add to this. |
