Lots of spot color adjustments, masking, etc.
levels, hue/sat
rotate, fix perspective, crop
clone out part of a tree, some small lights
resize/sharpen in Genuine Fractals (a test to see how it sharpens)
save for web

The sky looks like cotton candy to me, hence the title.

Excellent night shot with brilliant colors - the reflection on the snow is just stunning. There might be a few too many elements in the photo to make it flow well. Nonetheless, I feel it's sorely underrated.
