Tis me.... :)
All that was used was my camera... I've no equipment as of yet what being 17 and without a job to pay for it!
Used a forced flash to get the "glowy" effect.....

Tips would be appreciated muchly...

Cool shot, I like that it feels like a fish eye. Great use of black and white.
