You have captured the road crew leaning on the brooms in rare form and caught one watching you take the photos. I like the processing it makes it look a bit surreal. |

I really like your processing and am going to have to try out the LucisArt filter. I've never even heard of the Imagenonic Portraiture filter (is that a reference to Imogen Cunningham?) What does that do? Guess I'll try that one, too. One of the things I love about todays lenses is the auto focus that allows us to just point in the general direction and, "click", we've go a great shot. Sure worked here. Congrats on the new position. I love Sante Fe. Great place to live and/or work. |

This is what I love about these SOL challenges - to see people step out of their comfort zones.
The processing is simply fantastic and brings out so much detail without taking it too far from reality. I didn't realize the deep shadow on the bottom until I saw the original; thanks for posting it. I've used the Lucis/Perfectum combo before, but haven't tried the Imagenonic yet. |

Awesome job with the processing and stepping outside your boundaries! I like the bright cone in the foreground and the glimpse of the truck on the left side of the picture. It adds to the story of the picture. |

Sweet! Great colors and love the effect (of course). I've found, most people love to have their photo taken - even if you're doing it in a candid sort of way.

I like the processing. You made those two guys hats look gold, like they're the guys in charge! I also think it's funny how you got them standing around. |

I like the look to this. I thought it was HDR at first. You did a great job with the post processing. |

Looks like a really nice lens Colleen. Nice and sharp. Isn't it funny how much of a work out these brooms get on road work sites. If they could talk they would be able to retell some amazing stories. lol Looks like the guy in the foreground is questioning the reasoning behind you taking a photograph 'on the run'. Maybe he is envisaging a sinister plot to relay the lack of productivity to his superior. Be vewwwy vewwwy careful. |
