A good conversion with a good range of tones and nice flow throughout, but I agree that leveling would improve it to my eye (I don't mind tilted shots, but here the tilt doesn't seem to add anything). |

Needs to be leveled. Otherwise, a great b&w. |

The first thing that caught my eye is the lamp. I love how it looks here but it seems a bit tilted to me. The other part I really like are the shadows coming from the lamps. Looks like a great place to just sit and watch life happening by. |

This reminds me of an area in Indianapolis, Indiana that we visited this past fall. Nice lines to lead me directly to the city. |

I like the scene you've captured here, it makes me want to sit and relax a bit, although I'm guessing it wasn't exactly warm when you took the picture! |

In passing, a partial collage of the day, the usual view, are all things that you stimulate my mind to think about and how and why we might carry our cameras. I try to do so most of the time. These parts of the collage of life can one day be assembled to form a whole.

Feels a bit tilted but a great shot for b/w. |

Nice city scene with good lines provided by railings, bridges, lamp posts, trees. Feel compelled to mention the slant, although its been mentioned plenty already (sorry). |

Enough said about the slant I think. I also agree with taking a step to the right and maybe from a slightly lower angle, this would seperate the lamp from thje tree and building. I do like the conversion, rich blacks balanced with the sky (think you got it spot on). |

Very nice tones for what looks to be a pretty bright day. Nice leading lines and balance. Needs to be tilted just a touch to the left. |

Needs a little bit straightening but otherwise good. |

Agree about the kilter. I like the sweep of the lines and benches. I'd also like it taken a bit to the right so that the light doesn't clip the trees. |

Very impressed with the BW tones in this which work perfectly with the numerous elements/overall composition. A slight fine rotation would help, but might lose the edge of the 1st bench; or, if you're there again. standing a little to the right! |

repeating lines in the posts, fence, benches, and trees takes us in to the image easily - but the almost off kilter angle of the shot makes be a bit dizzy |
