 Rozy and I bailed out on Sunday and went for a drive down the south coast. The south coast is basically anywhere on the coast, south of Sydney and before you hit Victoria. The weather wasn't great - overcast with occasional showers. We stopped at a place called Windang which is right on the lagoon entrance to Lake Illawarra. The pelicans and seagulls frequent this area because the fishing boats stop near the boat ramp to clean their catch. I caught this pelican as he was turning to land on the sandbar behind.
