Playing around with curves and textures again. Instead of making my big adjustment on the blue curve, I used the red. (A new kind of acid?) As for the textures, I started to keep track of them, but lost track. 8(

The ruddiness of the processing goes very well with the industrial subject - makes me think of rusting metal hulks.

It has that Grapes of Wrath - Dust Bowl - old-time look. Love the orangey/red tones - definitely something different. I'll have to try it.

I like how the overlay tones the the vividness of the colors, while still letting a muted glow shine through.

Perfect choice of an overlay. I like it because it appears rusty, like the old oil well.

You used the technique well here to bring drama to the scene.
While I'm not a fan of heavy borders, this one works pretty well
here. (imo, of course)
