The ruddiness of the processing goes very well with the industrial subject - makes me think of rusting metal hulks. |

It has that Grapes of Wrath - Dust Bowl - old-time look. Love the orangey/red tones - definitely something different. I'll have to try it. |

I like how the overlay tones the the vividness of the colors, while still letting a muted glow shine through. |

Perfect choice of an overlay. I like it because it appears rusty, like the old oil well. |

You used the technique well here to bring drama to the scene.
While I'm not a fan of heavy borders, this one works pretty well
here. (imo, of course) |
