A bit dark. I think a bit brighter might make this cool tech toy stand out.

You could do with lots more contrast in this shot. You also seem to have a greenish cast. I do like the background though.

I like the tilt and the way you displayed the product. Comp could be a little more "rule of thirds" to give room for text without ruining the balance. Also a fill flash (or a light tent) might get rid of the distracting shadows.

Though positioned at an interesting angle the lighting is very harsh.

Using a diffuser would have helped greatly with this. Use of a shallower DOF and positioning the phone further away from the background would help to soften the transition lines in the backdrop.

I like the angles and lines, but this shot is just too dark (could be just my monitor). You've lost the detail on the cover.
