Great idea. The lighting on the shoes seems a little weak and they seem a touch out of focus, though.

I'm guessing here that 'Chucks' are the shoes she's wearing ?

They are a nice strong colour to photograph - the only issue is that they get a little lost in the business of the picture. You have a mass of vertical and horizontal lines in this shot, as well as very ligh and very dark areas, all of which lead the eye away from the shoes.

Perhas if you could have gone for a simpler shot, with a less cluttered background ? maybe even get the model to bring her feet up onto the table and rest her chin on her knees so that she is a more compact shape, and the shoes are sideways onto the camera, so we can get to see them in all their glorious pinkness ? :- )

Good luck in the challenge.

I'm going to guess there will be some people that don't know what "Chucks" are. I like the shot and the focus on your product.

Uh oh - careful - you'll anger the A&F imageburners ;) Nice shot but the model needs a bit of light on the face for more impact.

Here. I'll help you towards the brown. If this is a serious shot, it is too dark, your shot center is about the knees (which are OOF), the legs are at a weird angle, the POV is too low (looking up at the underside of the picnic table), and there is way too much in the shot besides the chucks.

The product should be more well lit, I think... and perhaps not shot from the underside to sell them... Just my opinion.

If you're advertising the shoes, they should have been shown better.

The face might be a little dark, but since the shoes are the focus maybe not.

Great angle, it really seems like an ad from a magazine. My only critique is the overexposed right (but is basic ed, nothing to do here). 8

I like the POV and its a cool product. A tighter crop on the shoes would help sell them better.
