it looks more like a snapshot than an advert to me. I'm sure that was your intention, but it doesn't really shout "buy jeans" to me. Sorry.
And anyway, they wouldn't really fit me ;-) |

| Maybe a different pose with the jeans would be better, the gaps between the subjects legs kinda kill the idea of the nice jeans. |

Nicely taken photo - but for me it's not clearly focussed enough on the jeans. It could just as easily be for her jumper or jacket.
Nice picture and nice pp work though. |

| I see what your trying here. Perhaps a bit more contrast and a tighter view would display what's being sold a little better. |

| The pose looks very unnatural. I'm guessing you just caught her in mid stride but my initial thought was she was kinda squatting. |

| this picture does not advertise guess jeans very well because you can't tell they are guess jeans. a good picture otherwise. |

A nice photo, but I think it would look better if the composition were different.. Where the subject was not centered in the shot. Also, it would probably be more striking if the subject was not looking directly into the camera.
Your B&W conversion and levels are very, very well done.
