David, I gave this a 6 because the reflections were interesting and placed well within the frame. I think you have the makings of a much stronger shot, though, if you crop in tightly around the stacks, cutting off the stuff to the left and right. The implied curve of the stacks is very nice, and that would have emphasized it more.

The shrub on the right is a bit distracting, but a nice shor overall. I like how you caught the smoke in the water.

Seems to me that a closer zoom, with a vertical orientation keeping just the plant and the reflection, would work better. "If it's not good enough, you're not close enough"...

Nice photo...a different crop may make it stronger, not making a spelling error in the title would make it a lot stronger.
