I'm not seeing the parallel lines in this shot. The focus is off a bit also.

Good picture, but parallel lines? A bit dark at the bottom; stringy things at the edges of the petals make me suspect that this might be an artifical flower.

Sharpen! If you cropped this from a larger photo, please be aware of the limitations of your camera and it's megapixels. Otherwise, great colours.

The colors work, but I don't think you've nailed the parallel theme.

Overall, I like the image, composition, lighting, etc. The only thing I notice is a bit of grain and noise. I'm not sure if there would be anything you could do to fix it. I shotwild macaws when I was in Costa Rica last year and the same thing kind of happened to me (using a 35mm camera, no less). There's something about the colours and the light. But, anyway, good shot and I hope you do well.
