layers of layered bricks in rows and patterns - i am quite fond of the fact that i can almost see around the corner to the opening beyond |

Got to agree with Ecce Signum about getting the whole arch in the shot - it's a pity. Otherwise the textures and the conversion are good. |

I like the composition and the fact that your eyes have no specific place to focus on. I think the image simply fills the frame. |

Love the textures! The shadow cast by the archway is also quite interesting. It would be fun to see someone kind of peeking thru that area. |

Nice work Luana, perhaps if the stone was a little sharper? and think I'd have preferred all of the arch in the shot? Simple yet complex, another fine spot :) |

nice perspective, makes you wonder where it is and where it leads |

Wow. This is like those stereograms you have to cross your eyes to "see." Subtle, subtle, subtle. |

Although deserted, abandoned, un-peopled, these bricks have a certain dignity brought about through age. You remind me not to overlook such simple objects and compositions. |

I like the shades and tonalities you've achieved, but the deep depth of field and all that texture kinda leaves the ey looking for more in a way. Maybe a bit more peeking into the doorway with a shallower depth of field, to encourage a sense of mystery about what's on the other side. |

wonderful textures - it does seem to lack a focal point that captures the eye. |

Love the texture, I do feel the door way gets lost in the compositon and busy textures. |

I find this very interesting because of what I cannot see. With the tight crop and the doorway, I want to know where this is, how old it is, and what's in the other room. At first I didn't care for that, but the more I look at it the more I like it. |

I like the sense of something beyond. Wish I could see finer detail in the bricks. LG |

I like the tones a lot and the coldness and the thought of whats behind the wall. |
